Membership and Usage

1.1 Membership Purchase: Upon purchasing a membership, you gain access to our collection of editable Canva templates. Your membership grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these templates under the terms specified.

1.2 Product Rights: All products offered under membership are provided with Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR). 1.3 No Sharing of Membership: Membership is strictly personal. Sharing your membership credentials or content with others is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate revocation of your membership without a refund.

1.4 No Public Sharing or Promotion: Sharing or promoting our templates or membership content in public groups or forums is not allowed. Any such activity will lead to the termination of your membership.

Payment and Refunds

2.1 Payment Terms: Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select at the time of purchase. Your membership price is locked in for 12 months.

2.2 Refund Policy: We do not offer exchanges or refunds on memberships or any digital marketing services. All sales are final.

2.3 Membership Renewal and Cancellation: If your membership is canceled or if your payment method declines, you will need to sign up again at the current membership rate. Your original locked-in price will no longer apply.

Intellectual Property and Rebranding

4.1 Rebranding Requirement: Templates provided under MRR and PLR must be rebranded and significantly altered before resale. This ensures that each user can create unique products and maintain the integrity of our designs.

4.2 Resell Franchise Program: Members who wish to resell our templates without rebranding can opt into our Resell Franchise Program, subject to additional terms and conditions.

Termination of Membership

5.1 Revocation of Membership: We reserve the right to revoke your membership without notice if you violate any of the terms stated in this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing membership content publicly, unauthorized sharing of membership credentials, and failing to rebrand templates before resale.
